Inspired by the dazzling past of Mykonos and the neighbouring island of Delos – birth

place of gods Apollo and Artemis – mythology and legend are revived through The Light of Apollo, creating a thematic bridge that connects the island’s past, present and future.

Conceived and performed by the Tracing Echoes Project, the piece fuses music, movement and haute couture in an arresting display that flows through each space and blurs the boundaries between performer and spectator.

From its concept to its design, aesthetics to theatricality, the Light of Apollo is set to be a stand-out cultural event, not only for Mykonos but for the whole of Greece. A proud representation of modern-day local creativity, beckoning onlookers into the heart and soul of Mykonian culture.
