At The Kalesma Spa everything is a procession. A procession – a voyage of the senses from the dark to the bright and from the bright to the enchanting presence of the water, that stands out in the depth of the space, reminding of the natural coexistence with the Aegean sea.

The design concept of the Kalesma Mykonos hotel Spa by Studio Bonarchi is inspired by the philosophy and ambiance of the hotel’s iconic suites and embraces its remarkable color palette, featuring strong contrasts. Dark combed stone veneers, that resemble the suites’ bamboo headboards, are paired with white surfaces, creating an ideal backdrop to showcase the organic forms and dynamic geometries of the space.  Natural authentic materials like oak and granite coexist with traditional techniques of the island, such as white plaster coating the walls, giving them a patina-like finish. A prominent feature in the spa is the element of water, with the striking Apparatus pendant light reflecting on its nearly glass-like surface.
